The Tactical Shop endeavors to provide the most competitive prices available by keeping overheads to a minimum. In order to keep overheads low, some products are not kept in stock. We will advise expected time of delivery via email within 48 hours after receiving your order.

We have no control over changes made by our suppliers and related factors such as exchange rates and freight price increases.


In the event that the item is the wrong size or does not fit correctly, purchases may be accepted for return or exchange, with the exception of Special Order items which cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns due to the customer changing their mind cannot be accepted.

Items will only be accepted for exchange or return if the product and packaging are received by the Tactical Shop within 14 days and in brand new condition.

Returns Procedure:

Step 1. Phone our Head Office on 1300 765 514 or 02 4961 2422 to request a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.

Step 2. Complete the Returns and Exchanges Form (enclosed with your delivery), indicating how we need to process your return. Write the RA number on the top of this form. If exchanging an item, please include your credit card details to cover the cost of return freight.

Step 3. Package the goods with the Returns and Exchanges Form and return via Express Post or Registered Post, or via courier to:

Returns and exchanges can also be made in person at our retail premises in Carrington.

Please note: The customer must pay for any freight costs associated with return/exchange of products, unless the order has been dispatched incorrectly. If an order is dispatched incorrectly a Controlled Return will be arranged via StarTrack Express and we will pay for the cost of the freight.

Tactical Shop is not responsible for goods that go astray on Return to us. Therefore, we strongly suggest using only Express Post or Registered Post or a courier so you have a tracking number to trace your return.

Correct fitting and sizing is the responsibility of the customer. Items that do not fit correctly should be returned unsoiled and undamaged. Refund or correct size replacement will be made available if possible.

All goods leave our warehouse in good order and condition, and no claims will be recognised for in transit damage. All claims for goods damaged or missing in transit must be filed with the carrier concerned. Do not open or acknowledge receipt of goods if damage if suspected.

Restricted sales items such as batons, replicas, training weapons such as RAM and Airsoft, munitions, helmets, body armour and military style weapons can only be sold to those persons and organisations entitled to purchase and possess such items via sighted approval of exemption or licence. There are usually government organisations such as Police and Defence. All orders for such items must be accompanied via a formal letterhead request from the particular department concerned.
