We accept payment by VISA or Mastercard.

If the credit card is declined we will advise the customer by email. The order will not be processed until the customer has advised that the credit card will be accepted.

Payment can also be made by Cheque or Money Order, but be aware that this will delay processing of your order. 

Complete the order form online, print a copy of the order and attach your cheque/money order. All cheque/money order payments must be mailed to our HEAD OFFICE as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will not be processed until we receive and bank your cheque/money order. Please allow a minimum 7 working days for processing of a cheque/money order payments.

3. DELIVERY

All Orders: Satchel/Small Box - $12, Medium Box $16,  Large Box - $20 

AUSTRALIA - NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, WA, SA, TAS

The Tactical Shop uses Star Track Express for delivery of most orders within Australia, excluding Northern Territory, PO Boxes and AFPO's. A street address must be provided for delivery via Startrack.

Star Track Express will email a Pick up Confirmation when the order has been collected from our warehouse. A Tracking Number is provided in this email. Customers can logon to www.startrackexpress.com.au to check the staus of their delivery using the Tracking Number. 

AUSTRALIA - NT, PO Boxes & AFPO's

We use Australia Post Express Post Satchels or Registered Post (for larger items) for all deliveries to Northern Territory and PO Boxes. A tracking number can be provided by email or phone on request. If your package has not arrived when expected, you can contact your local Post Office with the tracking number to trace your package.

Deliveries to AFPO addresses are charged at $6 to cover packaging, delivery to the Post Office and completion of Customs Declaration Form.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipments are sent AIR MAIL (unless you provide an Account Number with a preferred courier). Refer to postage calculator at www.australiapost.com.au for cost estimate on postage.

International Freight charges are passed onto the customer at cost. There is no markup applied to freight costs. 

All goods leave our warehouse in good order and condition, and no claims will be recognised for in transit damage. All claims for goods damaged or missing in transit must be filed with the carrier concerned. Do not open or acknowledge receipt of goods if damage if suspected.

Most orders will be processed within 48 hours.

Delivery time of orders depends on the geographical location for delivery. Capital Cities and major Town Centres will receive deliveries within 3-5 working days. Remote areas may take from 3-7 days for delivery.

To check the estimated time of delivery or status of your delivery, please logon to www.startrackexpress.com.au and enter the Tracking Number provided in the email you receive from StarTrack Express.

To check on deliveries to Northern Territory or a PO Box, please phone our office on 1300 765 514 to request the Express Post Satchel Number or Registered Post Number. Once you have this number you need to contact your local Post Office to check on your delivery. 

3. BACKORDERS

If an item is out of stock we will place the item on backorder and advise you by email of an estimated time of delivery.

If multiple items are ordered together we will forward all items in stock first and will forward any backordered items when available. We will advise you of this by email.

4. RETURNS/EXCHNAGES

An item will only be accepted for exchange or refund providing that the product and packaging are received by the Tactical Shop within 14 days and in brand new condition.

Returns Procedure

Step 1. Phone our Head Office on 1300 765 514 to request a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.

Step 2. Complete the Returns and Exchanges Form (enclosed with your delivery), indicating how we need to process your return. Write the RA number on the top of this form. If exchanging an item, please include your credit card details to cover the cost of return freight.

Step 3. Package the goods with the Returns and Exchanges Form and return via Express Post or Registered Post, or via courier to:

Returns and exchanges can also be made in person at our retail premises in Belmont North or Botany.

Please note: The customer must pay for any freight costs associated with return/exchange of products, unless the order has been dispatched incorrectly. If an order is dispatched incorrectly a Controlled Return will be arranged via StarTrack Express and we will pay for the cost of the freight.

Tactical Shop is not responsible for goods that go astray on Return to us. Therefore, we strongly suggest using only Express Post or Registered Post or a courier so you have a tracking number to trace your return. 

Correct fitting and sizing is the responsibility of the customer. Items that do not fit correctly should be returned unsoiled and undamaged. Refund or correct size replacement will be made available if possible.
